In 2016 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer cells and underwent 6 months of laser therapy treatment. I’ve also had a rather complicated relationship with Endometriosis and PCOS over the years. Although there’s no cure, eliminating all wheat, dairy, sugar, additives and processed foods, has helped me eliminate & control my symptoms. Through my health battle I became interested in the power of food to heal.
