But as a dance / yoga / Pilates instructor…
it just didn’t keep up with my movement.
A lot of my workouts weren’t tracked properly, which was frustrating when that’s a big part of my lifestyle.
So for me:
✨ amazing for sleep & recovery
🤏 not the best for movement-heavy days
Would I still wear it? Maybe… but not as my main tracker.
Curious if anyone else has tried it?
