Have you noticed how many kids are wearing glasses these days? 👓

It’s not just a trend — short-sightedness is on the rise, and it’s starting younger than ever.

👁️‍🗨️ New research from Hong Kong found that kids with higher omega-3 intake were less likely to be short-sighted!
