Anna’s yoga classes are light hearted and down to earth with an emphasis on having fun and figuring out what feels good for your body. There is no set style and instead she blends mobility training with traditional yoga poses to help you improve how well you move. All classes are open level and every age, gender and body is accepted. There will be options and variations of each pose to suit everyone meaning you can work and progress at a level that suits you. 🌿 Release Your Upper Trap Tension

If you spend a lot of your day sitting at a desk, driving, or working on a computer chances are your upper traps are feeling tight!

The upper trapezius muscles run from your shoulders up to the base of your skull, and they’re one of the most common areas to hold tension.
This happens for a few reasons:
Long hours sitting or working at a desk
Looking down at phones or screens
Stress and poor posture
Overusing the shoulders in certain exercises

When these muscles get tight, they can pull on the neck and contribute to tension headaches, stiffness, and that “hunched-up” shoulder feeling many of us experience after a long day.

In this video, I’m showing you a simple but effective way to release your upper traps using a massage ball💆‍♀️

It’s perfect to do after work or whenever you’re feeling tight helping your shoulders relax, your posture improve, and your body feel lighter.

If you struggle with recurring tension or discomfort in this area, I can help you reduce it long-term through a combination of mobility work, muscle release, and strength training/rehab techniques tailored to your body.

🌞🇬🇷 FUNDAY FRIDAY RECIPE – Greek Chicken! 🇬🇷🌞

Missing the sunshine? Wishing you were back on a Greek island with a plate of fresh, vibrant food? This week’s Funday Friday is a little different, I’ve never shared a recipe on here before! But this is one of my go to healthy week night dinners and I know that I always need a little recipe inspiration from time to time.

💛 A quick note:
I’m not a nutritionist, so I haven’t calculated calories or macros, this is simply a recipe I really enjoy and one that makes me feel good. I hope you love it too!

💛 Why this recipe is a winner:
• High-quality protein: Chicken provides lean protein to support muscle repair and keep you fuller for longer.
• Healthy fats: Olive oil, olives, feta, and hummus give you heart-friendly fats and that authentic Greek taste.
• Micronutrient-rich veggies: Cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, and onion pack in vitamins, minerals, and fibre, perfect for boosting your immune system and gut health.
• Balanced macros by design: Protein from chicken, healthy fats from feta & olives, and optional wholemeal pitta for slow-release carbs, a perfect combo for energy and recovery.

✨ The Recipe ✨

Chicken Seasoning
• 2 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp mint
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Zest & juice of 1 lemon
• 4 garlic cloves

Greek Salad
• 1 cucumber
• 1 green pepper
• 4 large vine tomatoes
• ½ red onion
• 85g feta cheese
• 16 Kalamata olives
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 garlic clove
• 4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil

🔥 How to bring it together:
1. Season 500g of diced chicken breast with the seasoning ingredients and coat the chicken well before frying until golden and cooked through.
2. Whilst your chicken is cooking, chop all your salad ingredients, crumble over the feta, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano.
3. Optional: Toast a wholemeal pitta, spread a small tbsp of hummus inside, then stuff with chicken and salad for a filling, healthy wrap.

💚 This meal is light yet satisfying, full of flavour, colour and goodness. Tag me if you try it — I’d love to see your creations!

Funday Friday!

Today Alex and I are showing off one of my all-time favourite thoracic extension stretches – a fun partner move where one of us hangs on the bar while the other gently helps guide the upper back into a lovely extension. 👐✨

Why we love it:
✅ Opens up your thoracic spine & shoulders
✅ Combines gentle traction with movement for a great posture reset
✅ Hanging is fantastic for decompressing the spine, improving grip strength and giving those shoulders some much-needed space

⚠️ Important Disclaimer: If you have any neck, back or shoulder problems, please don’t try this at home without consulting your physio first. (I know a brilliant one if you need a recommendation! 😉)
