We’ve just wrapped up our 6-week toes-to-bar cycle in our Gymnastics Strength Training class, and the progress has been🔥
In this week’s video you’ll see the class working on tuck hangs, with some athletes moving into L hangs; building the strict strength, control, and positioning needed for strong, efficient toes-to-bar. That cycle finished last week, and now we’re moving into something new…
👉 Next up: Handstand Push-Ups, with a little rope climb work added in to build upper body strength, confidence upside down, and better pulling mechanics.
