Anna’s yoga classes are light hearted and down to earth with an emphasis on having fun and figuring out what feels good for your body. There is no set style and instead she blends mobility training with traditional yoga poses to help you improve how well you move. All classes are open level and every age, gender and body is accepted. There will be options and variations of each pose to suit every

🚴‍♂️ Strong Quads = Happy Knees! 💪

Our Over 60s class putting in the work with cycle squats! This exercise is fantastic for strengthening the quads, especially the VMO (Vastus Medialis Oblique)—that key muscle that helps stabilize the knee.

We’re also training their knees to confidently track forward over the toes, just like they do every time you walk up or down stairs 🏡🚶‍♀️.

Building strength, improving mobility, and keeping joints resilient—because strong legs mean more independence and less pain 💥👏
