This time of year, lots of us make fitness resolutions, and just as many find them hard to stick to once January gets busy. If that sounds familiar, you’re definitely not alone.

Here are my top tips for creating a fitness routine that actually lasts:

✨ Try a class or group activity
Community makes such a difference. Support, motivation and a bit of a social too. Movement is far more enjoyable when you’re not doing it alone.

✨ Set realistic goals
Instead of aiming for “every day”, try 2–3 classes a week. Consistency always beats intensity.

✨ Include walking as movement
Walking absolutely counts. It’s gentle, accessible and brilliant for both physical and mental wellbeing.

✨ Choose something you enjoy
If you don’t enjoy it, you won’t stick with it. Find movement that feels good in your body and fits your life.

Here’s to a year of owning your wellbeing, moving with intention and creating habits that actually last. 🙌🏽
