Well done to Helen and all the team who recently received these kind words of gratitude from a family:

"Dear Helen and all the team at William Painter.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and your team for the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed in arranging my mum’s funeral. The lady who came to take lead of Mum's funeral and the men driving. Even down to the grounds men on that day I spoke to that cleared the path in the snow was so considerate.

Donna the celebrant who kindly visited me with her warm caring personality that shined through, and graveside goodbye was expressed in such a beautiful respectful manner. The poem I will never forget.

When passing you even the staff stood and paid respect, that meant so much to us all. We had a proper old fashioned send off which Mum would of wanted.
During what was a very difficult and emotional time, your kindness, patience, and attention to detail were deeply appreciated. Everything was handled with dignity and respect, and it gave our family great comfort to know that Mum was in such capable and caring hands.

Thank you for guiding us through the process so thoughtfully and for helping us give Mum the farewell she deserved. Your support meant more to us than words can fully express.

With heartfelt thanks."

This week's thank you is for our funeral arranger Dave, who has received a lovely thank you from a family he was helping with masonry:

"Thank you so much for the fantastic service you have provided in relation to the memorial. Your friendly approach in guiding me through the process has been much appreciated. I can't thank you enough for all the help and support you have given me throughout this somewhat long and complicated journey. You have persisted in chasing things up and always kept me informed of the progress (or lack of!) I couldn't have down it without your expertise. The memorial, now in place, is beautiful. I'm really pleased with it. With many thanks and appreciation."

Well done to our funeral arranger Michelle and our funeral director Katie, who received these grateful words from a family:

"The two members who stood out for me were definitely Michelle, who was amazing and I will always be grateful for her help, her understanding of the pain we were going through was first class and could not have organised the funeral without her help and Katie who on the day was brilliant and first class, which on the day of a loved ones funeral you really need some one like that . Two excellent members of William Painters."
