A little summer treat ☀️Naz, our care supervisor, arrived at David’s just as the ice cream van pulled up, perfect timing! 🍦

After a quick check in with David, she picked up an ice cream for them both, and they enjoyed a simple, sunny moment together.

We love creating these little joys which bring the biggest smiles. And yes… afternoon tea may have been swapped for ice cream, but dinner was still very much on the menu later! 😊

Sam was treated to a beautiful surprise this week - a bouquet of fresh flowers, picked fresh from Mrs H’s garden 🌷

After 12 incredible years, we would like to celebrate and say thank you to Hayley as she retires from Bluebird Care Solihull.

Hayley has been a valued member of the team, bringing consistency, compassion, and professionalism to her role every single day. Over the years, she has supported countless customers, built trusted relationships, and made a lasting impact that will be remembered by both colleagues and the people she has cared for.

It was a pleasure to celebrate her retirement and present her with her leaving gift as a small token of our appreciation for everything she has given over the past 12 years. Hayley will be greatly missed, and we wish her all the very best as she begins this exciting new chapter.
