Interested in learning basic massage skills to work with friends and family? Maybe you are considering training as a massage therapist and would like to experience our training approach - then this one day course is for you.

We will:
- Learn simple back, shoulder, leg and foot massage
- Be introduced to massage strokes that you can adapt to use on other areas of the body
- Explore times when work with massage may not be appropriate or need adjustment
