I'm Nam and I run Namas Yoga. I teach a range of classes that are suitable for beginners and those who’ve practised before. So whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, there’s a class to suit you.

We are a fun, supportive bunch who work really hard in classes and always love welcoming new people😊💪

Open to all levels, Namas Yoga classes are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Expect to work on your mobility and strength in each class. Variations are offered throughout class so you can take the class at your own pace. Classes are held in Solihull, West Midlands.

If you're a bit unsure where to begin, I would recommend the Foundation Flow class as we go through the basic postures & flows.

Whether you’re brand new to Yoga or have been practicing for a while, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can move, breathe and learn Yoga in a supportive environment with nice people.

Location: Shirley Institute, B90 2AX. Free parking.

Hi lovelies, I'm opening a new *day-time Yoga class* in Shirley, Solihull. It's suitable for beginners or those that enjoy the basics and flows. Plus, it's for women-only.
