Do you know your Chakra's?
I will post the chakra descriptions and their purpose each day, starting with the base Chakra.

The Base Chakra is red and is positioned at the base of the spine. It regulates the lower back coccyx, adrenal glands, blood, skeleton, feet, knees, hips, teeth, nails, re**um and spine.

There are seven purposes that go with this chakra and they will follow........keep an eye out.....

And finaly for the last day of January and little late but hey ho. You will understand why i haven't been able to post this one.
So in your own time take in a sunrise or sunset. Watching a day start or end has little to compare to. The natural beauty is something and a reminder that each day has a new start and end. Enjoy the peace of these moments, see the colours of the sun produces and forget all your to to do lists for now.

For the whole day bring your awareness to your posture, whatever position you are in. It will have an immeadiate grounding effect. Feel the chair your sitting on, notice how it moulds around you and how the body feels. If you are walking, feel the breeze, feel the ground you are walking on. You can do this for a couple of minutes and then return to your day. Do this throughout the day at different points, each time notice your posture..
