Twas 6 weeks till Christmas 🎄, and all through the town,
Ex slimming world members, we’re starting to frown 🤨,
Oh why did I do it, oh why did I lapse 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’ll give Diane a call 📞 , and maybe perhaps,
She’ll welcome me back, with arms open wide 🫂
And help me lose weight,so I don’t have to hide 🫣
Then up from the roof tops, there came such a shout 📣
“Of course you can come back, of that there’s no doubt”
Diane was swinging from the chimney above,
To shower all members, with much Christmas love ❤️
Shouting “I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP! Just come back to group”
Back to free foods, likes stews and soup 🥣
With healthy extras and syns, how can you fail?
It really doesn’t matter, if you have slipped off the rail,
So I’ll see you in group, so you can get back in the swing,
And we can party 🎉 till xmas, and let the bells 🔔 ring.

It's that time again...

Remember December 31st? Remember January? Remember the start of 2022? Remember the fire in your belly that said 'this year is going to be MY year'? 🔥 Remember joining our amazing Slimming World group? Remember setting your Target weight and promising yourself this time was going to be THE time?

Has the fire in your belly gone? Have you lost sight of your goals? Have you stopped going to group? Have I been chasing you up? I don't apologise because...

TRUST ME, I get it! We ALL feel like it at times. But I promised you I wouldn't give up on you. If weightloss was easy, we would've all done it by now. BUT...

We NEED support, we NEED encouragement, we NEED people that 'just get it'... 💗
