I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Tessa, an Osteopath specialising in Perrin’s Technique. After struggling with fibromyalgia for a long time and feeling constantly fatigued, with muscle aches, and persistent headaches, I had almost given up hope of finding a treatment that made a difference. However, Tessa proved to be a true game-changer, providing me with significant improvements in my symptoms and a newfound ability to live a more fulfilling life with less reliance on medication.

Prior to discovering Tessa and Perrin’s Technique, my daily life was filled with extreme fatigue and all-over muscle discomfort, which weighed me down both physically and emotionally. The frequent headaches added another layer of challenge to my already difficult journey. Despite trying various treatments and medications over the years, I found little relief and felt trapped in a cycle of constant discomfort.

The constant throbbing in my head that had become a part of my daily life gradually faded away. Tessa’s treatment has allowed me to regain control over my body and find relief from the physical and emotional strain that had become so overwhelming.
