A hellish 6 month period, then 1 acupuncture session and all is good in the world again (well, at least her world). Oh our crazy/brilliant hormones!

What do you do on your lunch break?! I'm a weirdo so I like to stick pins in myself. This month I can tell my hormones have been all over the shop, but nothing that these babies can't fix. These are for treating the pituitary and hypothalamus glands which regulate many hormones in our clever bodies 🙌

What a pleasure to meet this little miracle baby today, I think I cried more than he did! It's amazing what a few tiny needles in the right places can do. Today I felt so deeply grateful for the people and the skills that have led me to where I am today and the amazing experiences and lives I've been able to touch along the way ❤

A massive shout out today to all the beautiful, strong women out there who would love nothing more than to be a mother. Women who inspire me and define strength by still trying to find happiness through one of lives hardest trials. I'm so grateful for a deeply fulfilling career that can help to make this dream become a reality for these incredible women.
