I was walking the other day, thinking about a big life move — and suddenly my knee was in agony, like it needed to click. It had been totally fine all day.Then it hit me:Knees = movement.Physical AND emotional.When we’re scared to move forward — even toward something we want — our bodies sometimes speak the fear we haven’t fully processed yet. Not because we’re doing something wrong, but because change is big energy.This was a powerful reminder that the body and mind are always connected.💫 Trust the messages.💫 Feel the fear.💫 Keep moving gently.

I’ve recently completed my Reiki Level 2 training and I’m now offering in-person sessions from my peaceful home space in Blythe Valley as well as distance sessions.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that can help support relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance. I’ve personally found it so helpful during difficult times, and I’d love to share it with others.

I’m currently offering discounted-sessions while I build up experience and connect with more people.
