𝓗𝓪𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓝𝓮𝔀 𝓨𝓮𝓪𝓻 ✨

For me new year begins at Spring, when the days become lighter, trees blossom and new life is birthed. And yet this calendar New Year does feel significant.

In numerology, 2025 is a ‘Year 9’- the completion of a nine year cycle. It’s also the Year of the Snake, a year to shed what can’t be carried forward into 2026, which is a ‘Year 1’- a time for new beginnings and creation. Iv certainly felt that.

Nine years ago, I was about to find out I was pregnant with my youngest, the start of an awakening journey filled with soul-seeking, light and shadow work, rupture and repair. I honestly thought I’d worked through everything but 2025 asked for more- it humbled me, stripped me back, brought me to periods of collapse and surrender and then showed me why all of it was necessary. It made me realise that I didn’t need to be doing more “healing”- I just needed to sit with my solitude and feel it all, knowing i could choose to come back to the light when I was ready.

Collectively, there was a lot we needed to witness and release before stepping into calendar year 2026- the Year of the Horse- to allow for boldness, momentum and creativity flourish. And we did it ! This year has not been easy for many - and I’m so proud of us all for being here on Earth at this moment in time. Now it’s time to rise 🙏

I no longer have my belly to the ground 🐍. I’m ready to bound into this new chapter with confidence and freedom and a community of beautiful , inspiring people around me 🐎😍

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my 9 years - whether a day one, an ending or a new beginning. I am so grateful for you all 🩷🩷🩷

Simple Winter glow hacks 😜🌿

• When it appears, let the sunlight touch your skin- our sun heals us and gives us life
• Spend time in nature to ground yourself, breathe in the trees oxygen and practise feelings of wonder and gratitude for this creation 😍
• Nourish your body with seasonal, whole foods and clean water- from a natural spring if possible
• Take care of your skin by exfoliating gently and moisturising with natural products. Our skin is our largest organ anything we put on it is absorbed into the body so when choosing skincare, look for ones with no chemicals- just a few natural ingredients. You can even make your own 😍🙏
