Another fab meetup 😍

We had a lovely group today of regulars and because they are regulars, we were more relaxed and open to more in-depth questions.

And that's the magic of this group. It's such a relaxed environment that people feel safe enough to say "I'm having a bad week" or "I did this and I'm so proud". We are all here for it and are cheerleading you on whatever is going on for you right now.

Thanks to for sharing her knowledge of Archetypes and how they show up in people.

Better late than never! πŸ‘‡

I had a lovely bank holiday morning visiting Wells Festival of Wellbeing with my friend Ruth from

It was setup and hosted by who did a fantastic job. It was a mix of stalls, talks, yoga classes etc. bonus there was the coffee cart.
