This weekend!! Can't believe is come round again already (for the last time 😫)!

I am now setting up zoom breathwork sessions!

Come join me on Tuesday evenings for the next few months to learn some breathwork techniques that could help you with your over well being, energy levels, sleep and so much more.
1 week will be about boosting and activating the body.
2 week will be more about calming and relaxing the body.

If you're interested in getting into breathwork or want to revisit breathwork, these sessions would suit you.

It's all by donation, so come along and get to know your breath and body better.

Starting in April from 6pm (UK time) :)
