FMS season starts! 🌟

Kicking things off at the North Somerset Show on May 4th and what a start it was! The day began a little damp, but soon turned into a perfect sunny one

Overall, a great show with only a few minor injuries just how we like it.

We had Neil and Michelle ready in front of the ambulance, while Graham and Pete kept a close eye on the show jumping (and luckily no one needed them!). There was time for a quick selfie too, plus a great shot of Anne Marie and Dave in front of our medical tent.

Our crew were incredible as always: a doctor, two nurses, two paramedics, and seven FRECs all working together to keep everyone safe.

And a special mention to our “elderly manager” who thoroughly enjoyed watching everything unfold always good to have some experienced eyes on the day!

Tomorrow marks a significant milestone with the grand opening of the David Mclenachan Community Hall in Aligoi village, Kachumbala sub county. This vital community resource will offer a range of life-enriching skills, including training in reusable sanitary pad production, liquid soap manufacturing, computer skills, and Interlocking Stabilized Soil block making. We express our heartfelt appreciation to Equal Aqua Team and invite all to the launch ceremony.

Short Route: 30 miles - £20

All routes take you through the breathtaking Cheddar Gorge, with full support including feed stations, timers, professional signage, and GPX files. Finishers will be awarded medals to celebrate their achievement! 🏅
