Wellness Wednesday.
3 wellbeing tips to try out today.
1. Where is your tongue 👅 sitting in your mouth? Is it pushed right up to the roof and planted firmly behind your front teeth 🦷?
If so, gently peel it off and settle it into the bottom of your mouth behind your lower teeth.
Feel your jaw unclench and release the tension that filters from your jaw down the back of your next and shoulders.
2. Take your morning coffee or tea outside and sit quietly enjoying it while the morning birds sing and chirp away.
1. Take some purposeful deep breaths, breathing in for a count of 3, holding it for a count of 4, then slowly releasing it for a count of 5. Try this 5-6 times and see how you feel afterwards. A great one to do before you go to bed, or before you start work.
