This one came in for serious long-term preservation, starting with the underbody and wheel arches fully stripped out, allowing us proper access to the areas that matter most.

✔️ Dry ice cleaned to safely remove years of dirt, grime and road contamination
✔️ Once clean, we prepared, treated and encapsulated accessible areas of minor surface corrosion
✔️ Careful masking and preparing areas ahead of coating
✔️ Finished with IGL Aegis, locking everything in and protecting it for the future

We are deregistering for VAT - We went over the threshold a number of years ago and have stayed registered since.

Ultimately, 95% of our customers are not businesses therefore this didn't benefit them in anyway. So, we are going to try and stick below the threshold to benefit our long term clients.... and its less admin 🤣.

This will be done ASAP!

Once this is complete we will be completely restructuring our pricing for April 2026!

5.5 meters and 7.2 litres of American chrome, steel and history!

All original Chrysler New Yorker, American Patina, you cant really do to much to 'protect the paint' on this and you want to keep it original, heritage and history is important.

So we gave it a good thorough clean and then applied multiple layers of IGLs finest, Premier topped with IGL Enhancer.

This is a real bit of me, I love it!

2003 Peugeot Boxer Camper – Underbody Protection Complete 🛡🚐

Another camper saved from the claws of corrosion 👊

This 2003 Peugeot Boxer came to us needing some serious love underneath, and it’s now fully protected and ready for many more years of adventures.

We began with a full deep clean and degrease of the entire underside, restoring visibility to every seam, panel and box section.
Any areas showing corrosion were cleaned back, treated and degreased again, ensuring the perfect foundation.

Next, we applied rust converter throughout all affected areas to halt corrosion in its tracks.

Finally, the entire underside was coated in multiple layers of Buzzweld WAR — the ultra-durable, self-healing, moisture-repelling protection we trust for long-term defence against road salt, coastal air and harsh winter conditions.

As a final touch we sanded down the rockchip area of the lower side of the van, treated the rusted areas and resprayed it white.

The result?
A fresh, uniform, resilient finish that doesn’t just look great… it protects where it matters. All within the customer's budget too 💪

67 Plate VW Golf GTD – Underbody Protection 🛡

This 67-plate VW Golf GTD came in for a full underbody refresh — cleaned, treated, and protected using Bilt Hamber’s finest products 🛡

After a full clean and degrease, we uncovered some light but surprising corrosion in several areas. Nothing severe, but exactly the sort of early-stage oxidisation that becomes a problem if left untouched.

To tackle this properly, we applied Bilt Hamber’s Rust Converter, which chemically stabilises the corrosion and forms a sound, sealed foundation ready for protection. Once cured, the entire underside was finished with Bilt Hamber Wax, giving it a durable, winter-ready layer against salt, moisture and grime 🧥❄️

A perfect example of why early intervention matters — and a great time of year to protect your vehicle for the months ahead.

What can I say! Life goal complete ✅️

I have driven past Twickenham so many times saying one day...

No words can describe the feeling and pride of standing for the National Anthem and hearing Swing Low, Sweet Chariot whilst watching the Haka!

Stephen got dressed up, face paint and all, got photographed, plus got himself into the entry circle where the players arrive thanks to .tyres

We got to witness history, the first time since 2012 England Rugby beating the All Blacks at home at Allianz Stadium the atmosphere was just mind blowing!

was mega and seeing was mega, so fired up! Future star!

A true day to remember for life! Epic!
