Sessions this month will invite you to focus on the heart chakra. My intention is to begin the session with a little conscious movement & breathwork to open up the energy of the heart, followed by intention setting & a guided visualisation to help you connect to your heart chakra (the centre of compassion, love for others & self) before the sound bath immersion.
