This weeks spiritual guidance is from the Wasp providing us an understanding why 'Sometimes, life stings'. The Wasp Spirit reminds us that even though life stings sometimes, there is a purpose for pain just as there is a purpose for wasps in the natural world.

Perhaps you're holding on to anger, jealousy or resentment because of a sting in your life. Or are you comparing yourself to others? There will always be someone who seems more successful, happier, thinner, richer etc... if you are jealous its just a false belief that you feel you can't have what you want or someone could take away something that was supposed to be yours.

Now is the time you are being called to trust, that disappointment can lead you to a different and better path. Remember, this too shall pass and is already doing so, for the pain subsides when you stop telling the story of how much it hurt.

Spirit has something wonderful in store for you. You may come to realise being stung led to something far better than you had envisioned for yourself.

This weeks spiritual guidance comes from Giraffe reminding us to 'See the big picture'. Being the tallest land mammals, they remind you to look down from a high vantage point. Look at your life from a higher view. Perhaps it's time for you to stretch your neck and broaden your vision.

Open your eyes and mind to what others need or are experiencing and see the big picture you fit into. No matter how great your wisdom, knowledge or experience, you don't want to overlook details or connections, that will help you better understand yourself and circumstances.

Not everything is that obvious, though sometimes that'd be lovely, so look beyond what catches your eye. The universe will guide you with a new perspective that might make all the difference.

This weeks spiritual guidance comes from the Koala who reminds you 'Spirit has a plan'. The Koala Spirit is a reminder to slow down, life is not a race or a competition. Concentrating on distractions keeps you from recognising you have what you need. Spirit, Source or Universe (whichever word resonates with you) will always provide you with gifts to sustain you.

You are being asked to trust that by moving slowly, with faith in the abundance everywhere and surrounding to your higher power, a power greater than yourself, you will be able to manifest your desire.

We love to hold on to what is familiar but the new needs space to arrive so growth can occur. The Armadillo Spirit sees in order for you to be in alignment with your intentions to what you need for your best life, you may have to be discerning and say no to many things, even when those things have been ok in the past.

Understand it's an empowering choice to say no to what doesn't feel right for you. Armadillo Spirit supports you as the time to be honest with yourself is now and to what you really want. Be clear and declare what your needs are. And remember 'no' is a complete sentence. Don't feel pressurised to explain yourself.

Saying no may have left you feeling anxious in the past. It is not your job to stop someone facing their challenges to your no. They need the freedom to learn lessons their way. It is not your responsibility to rescue them.

Today the 8th October is Chunk's official adoption anniversary 🎉 You came into our lives as a foster which failed within 24 hours. You bless our lives every single day. You were 7 years old when we picked you up from and now you're 13 years young. Some call it a rescue centre, in all honesty I don't know who rescued who that day. You've helped further foster dogs gain confidence who went on to find their forever homes and you showed animal reiki students to trust the process and themselves.

I'd encourage anyone if you're willing to have an animal in your life and ready for that commitment, please go to a welfare/shelter/rescue centre. They are not broken just animals looking for a loving home. Patience will be needed whether you rescue an animal or buy from a breeder. Love you Chunk 🐾🥰💫

This week's spiritual guidance comes from the Parrot who reminds you to 'Watch your words''. What messages are you repeating? Is it something that makes you feel good about yourself and reminds you of your strengths and potential? It is time to be more mindful of your self talk and its qualities.

Be generous with compliments and thanks, affirming all that is good so your loving, healing words will be heard through the jungle, cutting through the noise. Listen for the words that remind you of all the strength, abundance, and joy in your life and in the world around you, repeat them, affirm what is true and nurturing to the soul. The universe will reflect back to you the story you tell.

Words do matter. What words lift you up? Your voice has power. Inspire others to remember there is beauty all round us.
