Buffalo Spirit encourages you to look at your life in various ways. Make a gratitude list this week and be mindful of your thoughts at this time. Give to someone who has less than you. Be thankful for the smallest of things. Repeat affirmations daily. Then you will start to remember the true nature of this world is abundance.

Perhaps you're holding on to anger, jealousy or resentment because of a sting in your life. Or are you comparing yourself to others? There will always be someone who seems more successful, happier, thinner, richer etc... if you are jealous its just a false belief that you feel you can't have what you want or someone could take away something that was supposed to be yours.

Now is the time you are being called to trust, that disappointment can lead you to a different and better path. Remember, this too shall pass and is already doing so, for the pain subsides when you stop telling the story of how much it hurt.

Spirit has something wonderful in store for you. You may come to realise being stung led to something far better than you had envisioned for yourself.
