Today the 8th October is Chunk's official adoption anniversary 🎉 You came into our lives as a foster which failed within 24 hours. You bless our lives every single day. You were 7 years old when we picked you up from and now you're 13 years young. Some call it a rescue centre, in all honesty I don't know who rescued who that day. You've helped further foster dogs gain confidence who went on to find their forever homes and you showed animal reiki students to trust the process and themselves.

I'd encourage anyone if you're willing to have an animal in your life and ready for that commitment, please go to a welfare/shelter/rescue centre. They are not broken just animals looking for a loving home. Patience will be needed whether you rescue an animal or buy from a breeder. Love you Chunk 🐾🥰💫

This week's spiritual guidance comes from the Parrot who reminds you to 'Watch your words''. What messages are you repeating? Is it something that makes you feel good about yourself and reminds you of your strengths and potential? It is time to be more mindful of your self talk and its qualities.

Be generous with compliments and thanks, affirming all that is good so your loving, healing words will be heard through the jungle, cutting through the noise. Listen for the words that remind you of all the strength, abundance, and joy in your life and in the world around you, repeat them, affirm what is true and nurturing to the soul. The universe will reflect back to you the story you tell.

Words do matter. What words lift you up? Your voice has power. Inspire others to remember there is beauty all round us.

This weeks spiritual guidance comes from the Dolphin who teaches you 'This and that are true'. The Dolphin Spirit is a reminder of duality. The dolphin is a mammal and an ocean creature showing you two truths do co-exist.

When you are suffering there is a blessing too, even if you cannot see it during this time. Its usually only later on when you reflect on what occurred that you see the situation for what it was, this and that, and your choice led to sorrow and joy. No relationship is either all good or all bad, people have qualities in both light and the shadows.

Dolphin Spirit asks for you to come up to the light and take a moment, a deep breath, accepting what is without judgement or resistance. You are in a place now where your past self is still in the present as you move towards your new self you are becoming. Today is not a day to choose one over the other. Your next acton will be obvious when you drop your bias and see things as whole.

This will help you to refresh and begin planning your next step in what you want to co-create. Think and imagine what you might do with all this possibility in front of you.

Remember, sleep allows you to dream and rest. This will help you get clear and to make a strategy for what is next. How might you become the person you wish to be to get to experience whatever your heart desires? Insight will rise as you explore the possibilities. Knowing what you want will ensure you use your energy wisely in the days ahead.

I couldn't let today pass without mentioning today is also known as Lion's Gate 08/08. I hadn't heard of this until I started to research my dreams a few years ago. I had 3 nights of consistently dreaming I was living with lions. Getting curious I looked this up to see what meanings they could have and found about Lion's Gate. And even spookier these dreams happened the 7th, 8th and 9th of August 🤯

Some say Lion's Gate is an astrology aspect, others say it's not. I'm still curious so I'm reading more about it again but I kinda wonder does that really matter? What matters is what my connection with Lion and Lioness Spirit means to me.
