We are pleased to announce the next Growing Older with Learning Disabilities webinar, talking place on 1 April at 12:30pm.
We will be joined by the Down's Syndrome Association to discuss non-dementia regression in people with Down's Syndrome.
Regression is a term used to describe the loss of previously acquired developmental skills in an individual not explained by autism or dementia. This type of regression typically occurs in adolescence/young adulthood and can happen over days, weeks, or months.
Although this regression has been recognised for many years, we are still learning about why this happens to some people. In this webinar we will talk about what we know so far.
