As we head back to “normality” following COVID lockdowns we are moving into different ways of living and working. I notice that people are slipping back into pre COVID pace of life, rushing around packing things into every minute of the day again and forgetting to find their calm

I regularly hear clients say they wish they had time to meditate, or a special place to sit, or the right clothes, the right music. The truth is these things are nice but not necessary. Tomorrow just stop - even for 1 minute. Place your hands gently over your eyes or ears whichever you feel more comfortable, close your eyes and take three deep breaths pulling the air down into your stomach allowing it to expand and then gently blow the breath out through pursed lips as if you were blowing out a candle. Then put your right hand over your heart rest your other hand in your lap and let your breathing return to normal. There - Meditation begun ❤️🧘🏻

Had a lovely time on Sunday with my BeCalm Creations hat on. Selling my sewn and knitted goodies at Ramsey Artisan Craft Market where I will be every third Sunday of the month until Christmas. The Christmas in July theme was great fun 🤩

A lovely treatment this afternoon. Lady with sciatica came for a Reiki treatment. Lots of heat and vibrations felt by me and relaxing waves by the client. She walked away in a lot less pain. Amazing power of the universe 😍

To my lovely clients..... I have taken the decision to remain closed until further notice.
I make this decision as my day job (NHS) is becoming very busy and no doubt will now get busier due to the upcoming COVID but also because I am still suffering with back spasms which sometimes limits my mobility
I hope you will wait for me and will be back as soon as I can in the New Year. Take care ###
