I’m a fully-qualified Counsellor registered with the BACP, helping my clients throughout the Somerset area to wellness & achieve their personal goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence.
My aim is to create and hold a safe space where you can build solid foundations of personal psychological strength, by exploring your circumstances in order to increase your ability to personally be able to address any future dilemmas.
I aim to support you in doing this by encouraging your self expression, your development of self awareness, and your self development; so that you may cultivate a greater understanding of your 'self'. Counselling is a unique relationship which works towards self reliance and not needing the therapist any longer. You work towards self empowerment and self reliance, armed with the therapeutic tools, we feel, most benefit your journey.
