I love this image!
"Hot cross buns" are a tool I often use in CBT to help to identify the different things that go on for people in response to certain situations. It can help us to spot patterns of thinking and behaving that might sit underneath, say, anxiety, panic, low self esteem, depression or difficult relationships.
When we can see it more clearly, we can start to change it.
