Dear all, what a crazy time we are in, and I'm not sure where to begin!
What I'd like to do is offer support and ideas on how we can manage to care for ourselves at home or if we are going out to work and want to stay whole in mind and body.

Firstly, I would suggest you have a good look at the makka ho exercise post that I have on here. Don't feel you have to do the exercises to the extent the lady showing them does, but as long as you feel a gentle stretch then that's good enough.
