We are very happy to tell you that the weekend planned for the Ukrainian Refugees at Bala Brook on the 10th and 11th of December is now full! We will be hosting around 20 women and their families and hope they will find respite in the peaceful haven of Bala Brook.
Thanks to the generosity of the Trust and to earlier donations, we can provide the centre free of charge.
We would really appreciate help with sponsorship for food and activities - any amount is welcome but for example:
£20 would cover materials for craft activities
£60 would cover breakfast for 20 people
£70 would cover Lunch for 20 people

A marvel to find this stunning Merveille du Jour moth visiting Bala Brook recently. The adults feed on ivy flowers and overripe berries, of which we have an abundance this year – this one was found beneath our heavily laden crab apple tree.
