We’re excited to introduce FitSense, our brand-new membership portal designed to make your health club experience smoother, smarter, and more connected than ever.

Getting Started:
1. Download FitSense in your app store.
2. Tap Member Sign In and Activate My Account.
3. Enter your first and last name, plus one of the following: email address, date of birth, or postcode.
4. Tap Activate Now.

A password will be automatically generated and sent to you via email and SMS.
If you don’t receive it, check your junk or spam folder, or select Forgotten Password to request a new one.
Log in using your details — and you’re ready to go.

Access Made Easy
Our new Door Swipe system is now live. You can either:
• Present the barcode on your membership card, or
• Use the QR code in the FitSense App.

You’ll need one of these to enter the club, as staff are no longer able to manually grant access. Your swipe confirms attendance for bookings and helps us maintain accurate records.

From Monday 27th October, all class bookings will be available through the FitSense App.
Bookings open six days in advance from 8am daily, across the app, by phone, or in person.
Please don’t request bookings before 8am.

Until then, continue booking as usual through reception during normal opening hours.

🎅✨ Supper with Santa — Christmas Eve at The Clubhouse ✨🎅

Wednesday 24th December · 5:30–7pm

Make Christmas Eve magical for the little ones. An evening of festive fun at The Clubhouse includes:
🍪 Decorating cookies for Santa
🦌 Mixing up magical reindeer food
❄️ Designing a snow globe for the tree
🍴 Tucking into a kid-friendly supper packed with favourites
📖 Story time with Santa (with a hot chocolate) — and a little help from the children to keep the Grinch away!
🎁 A one-to-one moment with Santa, complete with gift & photo

Children can come in their cosiest pyjamas or dress up warm for the evening. Parents? Relax and soak up the atmosphere while we take care of the magic.

Tickets: £30 per child
Spaces are limited for this one-night-only Christmas Eve event — book early to avoid disappointment.
