An annual produce & craft show celebrating the best of local talent — from homegrown fruit & veg 🥕 to flowers, baking 🍰, crafts and children’s creations.

Jess leads a high-energy, full-body circuit session designed to improve strength, stamina and coordination, all in one go.

You’ll rotate through stations targeting different muscle groups, using both bodyweight and light equipment. It’s fun, fast, and gets results.

“Never done one before?” No problem, Jess will guide you through it. Come along, challenge yourself, and try something new.
