✅ 86% now have more tools to enable them to stay healthy & active with a lung condition

This gives you the choice of attending an appointment at any of the 4 clinic locations after you have been referred into the service!

Any patient registered in the East Riding of Yorkshire can be referred into this service by their registered GP practice.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Children and Young Persons Social Prescriber to support the delivery and development of our high-quality Children and Young Persons Social Prescribing Service.

You will empower young people between the ages of 11-18 to take control of their health and wellbeing through your skills in social prescribing.

📢 Exciting Partnership Announcement!

Driffield Youth Action is thrilled to be partnering with Blossom to launch brand-new self-harm and su***de prevention services for our community: Blossom-Driffield!

To celebrate this launch, join us for our Blossom-Driffield Open Day – a chance to explore the support we’ll offer young people aged 11+, meet the team, get creative at art/craft sessions, and enjoy free drinks and cake.

This event is open to young people, parents/carers, and professionals/community members wanting to learn more. Just drop in!
