For all my clients and future clients..

Please don't panic!

I'm going nowhere, me and Sally are a complete package and always will be ❤️

As many of you know, I broke my leg back in May - quite badly and needed surgery. But its a long road back, I haven't even started physio at this point to learn how to walk again so unfortunately I am out of action with the view of coming back in October..

So when I do come back.. it will be in a newly decorated room upstairs to welcome you all back.. and boy I can't wait 🔥

For all the messages from so many of you, I can't tell you what it means. And to Sally who has been a complete rock.

And in the hope we get a new person in...

We really are the best team to build up with.

Also a small pat on the back to myself for figuring out how to turn on and ask for Google reviews and showing up each and every day. The first bit was mind boggling but the second but is easy when you love what you do ❤️

Good Morning lovely people!

I have a beautiful space as you all know and as many of you know, it's allowed me the time to enjoy life with my horses!

As such, Im on the lookout for a therapist who is looking to rent a room and utilise it to it's maximum.

Sally Kidd Strength & Fitness Coach gave me such a wonderful opportunity to start and grow before I was able to take this room on fully and I would like to be able to offer that to someone else too.

We currently have three personal trainers and myself so I would love to be able to have a Reflexologist within the hub!

Learning learning learning. Great things going on at the Tonight is a demo about Unlocking The Spine, to kickstart the start of their new single day workshops. They have multiple workshops going on and all is now live on their website!

For any budding therapists that want to continue their CPD this stuff is GREAT for the brain and to further your skills and knowledge.
