You may remember us doing some fundraising at our summer party: we adopted a donkey called Ned from Wonkey donkey visitors centre such a great cause the work they do is amazing!!! In summer we will be organising a trip there as it’s only at knottingley. The stories break your heart 😢they do have an Amazon wish list!!

HALLOWEEN PARTY - we raised a huge £401 for our funds today which as you know goes towards the trips, activities etc so this is Amazing!!! Such a brilliant turn out thanks to everyone who attended including all the staff who chose to spend there day off at work with there families 🥰 also thanks to everyone who made donations towards the tombola, raffle, bought food we are so grateful. Thanks as always to the amazing staff who help make this possible and Tina for selling so many raffle tickets!! 🥰🩷

🔥 Fire Safety Reminder for Emollient Users

Did you know that paraffin-based skin creams (emollients) can soak into clothing and bedding, making them highly flammable?

If you or someone you care for uses these creams, please follow these safety tips:

✅ Avoid smoking or being near open flames (like candles or gas hobs)
✅ Change clothing and bedding daily
✅ Wash fabrics at high temperatures to reduce cream build-up
✅ Let your care team know if you use emollients – they’ll add safety advice to your care plan
