🚨 Could you save a life?

That question hit me hard a few weeks ago.
I realized… if someone collapsed in front of me,
I wasn’t sure I’d know what to do.

So, I took action 👉 I completed a First Aid Course with Training 4 Logistics.

Here’s what I learned (and why it could save your life one day):

🫀 CPR & AED: How to restart a heart and use a defibrillator confidently.
🧍 Patient checks: Spot hidden injuries, keep airways clear, monitor breathing and circulation.
🦴 Fractures & sprains: Immobilize broken bones, apply slings, use RICE (Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate).
💔 Chest trauma: Recognize collapsed lungs, flail chest, and life-threatening breathing issues.
🧠 Spinal & head injuries: Stabilize the spine, perform safe log rolls, and detect dangerous brain bleeds.
🧪 Chemical burns & poisoning: Flush burns, handle toxins from injection, inhalation, ingestion, or absorption.

It wasn’t just training—it gave me confidence to act when it matters most. 💪
