We created Kids Roleplay September 2023 just over 7 months ago and it’s currently mostly stored in a metal shed at South Hanningfield Village Hall CM3 8HL.
We have a great working relationship with the hall and have hire days secured of Tue and Wed at the moment. This can be continued there or the business can be removed from site and taken where ever you choose even mobile if you had a van/ trailer.
The business would be sold in full, including all display scenes, Sen set up, outdoor event set up, toys and equipment, printed stationary, uniform, online booking system, social media forums and of course, our excellent reputation.
It also includes additional Kids roleplay wooden stands ( that can be attached to scenes should you be displaying somewhere permanent) It includes 25 floor mats (1m x 1m) tekplas fencing, ballpit with balls, sensory room contents including light up table and cube / black out tent, softplay and our whole Sen setup.
We currently run adhoc sessions due to continued poor health we havent been able to expand further, we also run parties which are very profitable if run at the current hall.
Our Specials are extremely popular and we have a list of customer details with many repeat visits... Our future plans were to become a mobile business where there would be so much opportunity to take our scenes to surrounding areas however due to ill health we have not been able to persue this dream.
We have normally up to 15 kids, but have had 20-25 at party's as we don't like it to be too hectic.
We charge £8.50 per child for 1.45 hours play.
Our booking system is £10.80 per month
Insurance is £27 a month but that is a very comprehensive cover for inflatables etc so can get basic insurance for about 100 a year.
Card payments through the booking system take 2.5%, thats using stripe so on £8.50 we loose 33p. Hope this helps
We are asking for £4500 or any reasonable offers ....given that there in excess of 4.5k of assets and we have taken depreciation into that figure it really is amazing business ready to go.
Both of us are gutted we wont be able to take the business to the potential it has and hope it goes to someone who can release its potential.
