Canine companions welcome!
Izzy brought Frank along to her reflexology appointment today😍. Frank is usually super full of beans, a very excitable young pup 🐶, but today, being the conscious, intuitive creature he is, he tapped in to the calming, healing energy of the treatment room and settled in for a good long snooze while his humum got to take some time for some much needed self care.

Autumn can be a spectacle of colour, 🍁a symbol of change, but as our daylight hours reduce 🌗and the temperature drops, some begin to suffer low mood, lethargy, a need to withdraw.

Those living in the northern hemisphere are particularly susceptible to these changes.
There is good news though!

Research has shown massage therapy can improve some of these symptoms.

I always give my best 💎 to my clients and will never give treatments if I’m feeling below par. 💖

And these products deliver to the highest of expectations ⭐️ And more good news 😉 June sees the launch of a new Express Facial. 30 minutes of undivided attention to the face, a super quick treatment to perk up the complexion......ready for going out out!! Or tag onto a massage for the ultimate treat. May has been a wonderful month with lots of new clients and the return of many regulars.
