We had such a great day Minds Trust Charity
@ Burn Out and Brain Health Event yesterday, sharing the Crystals that can support you during times of stress and anxiety.
There were amazing speakers, exhibitors, like minded people, coffee from Nootropics and the healthy lunch provided was delicious, plus a fantastic good bag.
Thank you so much, we learnt so much valuable information.
