We may have been quiet on our social media but it's all because we have been working very hard behind the scenes. Our microfarm has grown massively over the last couple of months and we are now steadily supply 4 different customers, more to follow on that later.

We provide a range of microgreens for chefs at high quality. We currently have Green Peas, Radish, micro coriander and for Christmas and New year only Red amaranth going out to our chefs.

Microgreens are a great way to add that little something extra to dishes and give it the high impact visually and taste, plus added benefits of high nutrition.

GREEN PEAS 🫛

The most delicious green peas microgreens from . It's definitely one of our most requested microgreens.

It's packed with vitamins A and C. Provides calcium, phosphorus, iron and is high in fibre, which is essential for gut health and reduced inflammation.

They can be enjoyed alone, as a pesto or mixed with any salad. 🥗

How beautiful is that!

Amaranth has a mild and sweet taste, with earthy tones. It's packed full if vitamin C, E, K and with proteins, calcium, iron and beta carotenes.

Its a favourite amongst chefs!

Our first batch of microgreen radish grown and ready to be harvested.

Daikon radish has good levels of vitamins B, C, E and K as well as folic acid, zinc, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and calcium.
