Happy New Year and a massive thank you to all my clients! 2022 was the first full year of Rosemary and Roots as a going concern, and it's been a joy to work with you all.

I'm writing this fresh off a stint as teaching assistant for the massage course I originally qualified through. It's so gratifying to now be in a position where I can help to pass that knowledge on to others, and to ensure that their clients will in turn receive the best possible practice.

Speaking of which, I'm also in a position right now to take on more clients! If you've been holding tension through the holidays, trying to soldier on through persistent aches and pains or simply dealing with DOMS in the wake of your New Year's gym membership, flick me a message and let me take care of it for you.
