On day one at , a detailed induction about the culture was given, and my excitement knew no bounds. On day 2, Karan's two-day process training was scheduled with 12 other coaches who had recently joined. That day, Karan had set very clear expectations: 'The minute you get comfortable, you will be put in another situation where you are challenged to grow.' Every single day has been exactly like that!
I did share my reflection at the end of Process Training that it feels as if every member of QL is standing on the other side of a permeable wall and is inviting me to cross that wall that will help me bring out my real self that is hidden somewhere. I guess my gut knew what was coming because after one year of QL, I am a different and more refined version of myself. Courageous enough to speak my truth even while facing challenges at every step of the way. Left the part of me that was not serving my growth.
