Mindfulness Lanarkshire Mindfulness Lanarkshire promotes secular mindfulness to the community of Lanarkshire. Anyone can practice Mindfulness as we all have the capacity to be present.

Through practice we can cultivate these innate qualities to enhance our general wellbeing.

Bookings are now open for our Spring Wellness Day in March at Airth Castle!
It's a going to be a super day and most importantly, it's a treat just for you.
Cost is £125 and this includes:
-A morning of pilates with Physio Led Pilates
-An afternoon of mindfulness with Mindfulness
Lanarkshire
-Refreshments & Lunch included
-A wellbeing goodie bag
-Full access to Spa & Gym facilities for the whole day until 8 pm (includes heated pool, relaxation area, whirlpool bath, sauna & steam room, life fitness gym )

Would anyone be interested in attending a Pilates retreat day? We are currently looking into this for Feb/ March time.
We have the option of with or without the use of swim/ gym facilities too . Any ideas or thoughts welcomed!

If we’re always striving, pushing and searching - trying to get to a future moment...what happens to the moment we’re actually living now?

It passes us by only half lived.

Today I invite you to remember that no matter where you think you need to get to, no matter who you think you need to become, there is a whole lot of life right here in front of your eyes, and you only get to live today once. Never again.

There are no second chances to live this day.

So today, dear friend, if you find yourself rushing, caught up, stressed or disconnected - why not let yourself slow down or take a breath. Why not allow yourself a moment to tune in and remember…this is it. We only live this day once.
