As we slowly emerge from that hibernation January feeling, stepping into February & all that it brings, with the sun starting to hang around a little longer, I have been full of spring clean energy, declutering the old to make space for the new. January went by in a blur of planning, this month is a time to put those plans in place, please follow my new page & venture Flame Tree Firewalking 🔥

What a week, I have achieved a long-held dream of mine to become a firewalk instructor. Feeling truly blessed to have spent the week with Oona of Celtic Fire who is such a compassionate teacher & for the group that came together to support, hold space & encourage so that we all felt the fire of transformation.

It is never easy stepping up & facing your fears or looking at those beliefs & patterns that hold you back from truly embracing life so you can be the best version of yourself. It was an emotional roller coaster of a week in surrendering into feelings & emotions that have been repressed but the breakthrough, joy & sense of wholeness I now feel within was so worth the long wait.

Feeling very excited where I take the learning of the week not only for myself but for you too, so that you can experience what it feels to smash through limiting thoughts & behaviours that grind you down & keep you stuck.
