One of the questions I’m asked most often is… “How many capsules will I get?” 💊💊💊

The number can vary because every placenta is completely unique — its size, weight, and density all play a role in how many capsules you’ll receive.

You can also choose from different preparation methods, which can slightly influence the final number:

🌿 Simple (Raw Inspired) – typically yields the highest amount of capsules.
🔥 Steamed (TCM Inspired) – usually produces slightly fewer capsules due to the gentle steaming process.
🌿🔥 Combi Method – a blend of both styles, offering a balanced result.

No matter which method you choose, each capsule is made from your placenta only, prepared with care, intention, and strict safety standards 🤍

Here are a few gentle tips that many mums find helpful:

Find a position that supports your back, arms, and baby so feeding feels as relaxed as possible.

✨ Follow baby’s cues
Early hunger signs like rooting, hand-to-mouth movements, or fussing can make latching easier.

✨ Stay hydrated + nourished
Breastfeeding is thirsty work so sip water often and keep nourishing snacks nearby.

✨ Take it slow
Learning together takes time. Give yourself grace and celebrate the small wins.

✨ Seek support if you need it
A lactation consultant, midwife, or breastfeeding group can make a huge difference.
