🏆COACH OF THE MONTH - October 🏆

This month was tight - the team are flying right now.

But the one that stood out most wasn’t just the coach with the most new clients signed up in October, or the coach with the least clients finishing their coaching blocks…

It’s the coach who lives and breathes MTN every single day.

Dawn has worked with MTN since 2023.

In that space of time she’s…

- Lost over 70 pounds.
- Developed a passion for training.
- Motivated countless of other women to start training.
- Improved various health conditions.
- Built an obscene amount of muscle.
- Qualified as a Personal Trainer.
- Came 2nd in the 35+ Female 12 Week Peak in 2025.

Nicole has worked with us for 4 years. Yes years, not months.

She’s run through multiple higher and lower calorie phases in order to really build her physique and she’s added so much muscle in 4 years.

What’s even more impressive? She’s a vegan! Which makes it notoriously hard to get protein in especially whilst dieting.

The first picture here was after 12 weeks of intense dieting. Alex’s physique improved more than it ever had. He looked absolutely insane after 12 weeks of hard work.

The second picture (if you swipe) was actually after around 16 weeks on HIGHER calories after the dieting phase. Yes, Alex gained some fat (minimal) but in all honesty he looks incredible and feels incredible for it.
