Sarah’s face when life throws another health challenge her way…
Sarah is one of MTN’s newest coaches.
And one of the things we admired most about her from day one was her ability to handle adversity.
She’s lived with debilitating kidney disease for most of her life.
It became so severe that it ultimately ended her career in dance (we’re quietly grateful for that, it’s what led her into fitness).
As if that wasn’t enough, she was also living with undiagnosed endometriosis for years before finally receiving answers.
Let’s be honest.
For most people, living with kidney disease and regular endometriosis flare-ups would be enough to call it quits.
They might train now and then or stay consistent for a few days.
Then understandably rest… and slowly let it become an excuse.
But not Sarah.
She chose to let it fuel her.
To prove she is more than a diagnosis.
She’s now stronger than she’s ever been.
She’s completed fitness photoshoots.
And she’s become a huge source of inspiration for her clients and everyone around her.
Whatever life throws at you in 2026, it’s always easier to handle with a coach in your corner.
Even more so when that coach has actually lived it.
Sarah brings real empathy, real understanding, and real perspective.
And she’ll build your plan around your limitations - not in spite of them.
