Releasing yourself from the discomfort of being too attached to people, objects, experiences, beliefs…
On the mat…letting go of worrying about the look of the pose…being satisfied with how the pose feels
Or, not comparing yourself to others & judging yourself against anyone…letting go of expectations & just seeing what arises.
Off the mat…decluttering & going with the flow…noticing if you are thrown off centre by change or loss.
Can you be content with what you have & who you are? Or do you constantly feel like you’re not good enough or feel frustrated or fear you are missing out?
So much to unpack from this, that affects the way we live our lives!
