FANTASTIC NEWS! 📢
Regenerate is expanding and adding additional capacity! From the 14th May I will be joined by Abi from Taw Valley Sports Massage! Qualified since 2015 Abi does a really firm sports massage! She will be available at Regenerate Sports Therapy and Holistic Massage on Monday afternoons and Tuesdays at our new venue! To book with either Abi or myself please message 07793096703.

Egg-citing news this month!
Regenerate Sports Therapy and Holistic Massage will be moving in order to eggs-pand and develop! From May I will be open at 15 Broad Street where I will have a designated sports therapy studio as well as a massage therapy room. Two lovely highly experienced massage therapists are planning to join me part time. The rooms will also be available for therapists to rent weekends and evenings. I've taken this from a site based in Dorset called Totaltherapy, I hope it will help my clients decide between sports therapy and sports massage when booking an appointment. I don't do shockwave therapy yet but hope to within the next 12 months. Some Sports therapists and some sports massage therapists may do more depending on their background and extra training, but its always good to check qualifications etc.
