Morning lovely souls 💗 Happy Monday.
I've been working on this Mabon Retreat Poster, over the weekend, you can see a bit more now, but still a fair bit to do.
Karen 💖 from Tarka Kitchen and I will be hosting this retreat day on September 21st and I'll soon be posting the event with all the details. We've already got a few people who want to do it and spaces are limited, so if you're interested please dm me for more details or to book a place.

Morning lovely souls 🩷 and happy gentle Sunday to you all.
I've been quiet on here this last week as my eyes needed a rest, even though they have improved 🙏🏾 to what they were in January.
I'll be sending out healing at 5pm. If you've not joined before and want to be included, just leave your full name in the comments or dm me, then at 5pm tune into the altar, close your eyes, relax, focus your breathing into your heart centre and intend to be open to receive the beautiful healing energy 🙏🏾✨️🙏🏾

On another note, I'd like to do a shout out post and thank you here, for Treasures & Keepsakes who I bought this beautiful ammonite style bracelet which called to me. I love its colour and the pretty leaf attached. Sheila🩷 so kindly included a delightful little shepherd's crook bookmark and the dear Angel , which is now hanging in my sunroom. Such a creative lady who produces amazing very unique pieces of jewellery.

Good morning lovely souls ✨️ wishing you a blessed Sunday and sharing today's altar, set and ready to send out distance healing at 5pm today.
There is a labyrinth aspect today. Life is a bit of a labyrinth isn't it, with twists and turns, and gradually a pathway to the centre, our centre, our place of stillness and wholeness. I hope today's healing time may help you to move a step closer to your centre.
Sit quietly, tune in to the altar, open up to the healing energy and allow it to flow through you and help you find your way, find your self, find your being.

Good morning lovely souls, happy Wednesday to you all and I hope you have a beauty of a day.
I love the centre of this waterlily it's like the stamens are protecting the heart of it.
Yesterday I was working on updating my Reiki/Seichem workbook as I will soon be doing a Level 1 workshop.
If you're interested in joining, then please dm me. It will probably be late August, early September and will be a two day event with a week between each day to study your workbook and absorb what we've done, to practise and then form questions. Its a very hands on workshop, the start of your healing journey,so if you like the idea of that I'll be happy to help you.

Good morning lovely souls, I'm back from a wonderful week in Bournemouth staying with my younger sister. We all had a great time, and with the weather so dry and sunny, if a little hot for comfort, we were able to visit some lovely places, including Compton Acres, The Blue Pool, Hengistbury Head, and the stunning Bennets Water Park, which we all agreed was our favourite!
Also spent time with my sisters gorgeous Granddaughters, age 3 and 4,and met up with a lovely friend for a walk at Sandbanks.
Gosh, we packed such a lot in, but it felt so relaxed.

Good morning lovely souls, Sunday again, and the start of another beautiful week of life and living it to the full and giving of our best.
The energy today seems to be about love and balance and harmony with the Earth and all that she contains, and self healing to be enabled to give of ourselves to our communities.
I'll be sending out healing vibrations, love and light at 5pm.

Tune In to the altar, relax and focus your breath on your heart. Imagine sitting in circle with others and open your heart to connect, receive and use the energy for your healing.

I'm a proud Mamma! That's my daughter Clare 💗 on the left who runs The Outdoor Learning at ,Lampard Community School in Newport, Barnstaple.
She started the Forest School and got lots of local businesses to support it as well as funding to buy equipment, and now she's started the little small holding for the students to interact and learn about the animals.
What a great achievement!
