My ambition is to help people achieve a better quality of life for themselves. Having trained at the Natural Heath School affiliated with the NHS, I use my skills and experience to create treatments specifically for you supporting you to work towards your health and well

ness goals. I've created a warm, welcoming luxurious treatment room that once visited, will leave you feeling pampered with purpose. We can feel out of balance for all sorts of reasons physically and mentally, so whatever your motivation for treatment, The Retreat provides an escape from every day life for those invested in their health to focus on what they need. With a passion for all things wellness, I'm always learning, researching and training in new techniques to become the best therapist I can be.

Time for some client appreciation 🥰 so let me introduce you to Maxine…

We met at a networking event (a super supportive space for small business owners to navigate all things entrepreneurial). She’s an absolute whizz when it comes to social media—think planning, content creation, profile audits, or even just taking it all off your hands completely. As well as my whole 'why I get up out of bed in the morning' being about improving the quality of someones life in some way every day, it's also all about being able to escape everyday life and have adventures 💫
