My ambition is to help people achieve a better quality of life for themselves. Having trained at the Natural Heath School affiliated with the NHS, I use my skills and experience to create treatments specifically for you supporting you to work towards your health and wellness goals. I've created a warm, welcoming luxurious treatment room that once visited, will leave you feeling pampered with purpose. We can feel out of balance for all sorts of reasons physically and mentally, so whatever your motivation for treatment, The Retreat provides an escape from every day life for those invested in their health to focus on what they need. With a passion for all things wellness, I'm always learning, researching and training in new techniques to become the best therapist I can be.
