Good morning one and all. Today is my last day in clinic before I close for my annual break for Christmas and the New Year. I knew this month would be very hard for me, since the loss of my beautiful mum, but you have all kept me very busy, and for that I genuinely and wholeheartedly thank you.

My first day back in clinic will be Wednesday 7th January, however, I am going to be mobile on Tuesday 6th, so if anyone has managed to secure an appointment with me before Christmas, I will be doing that service on 6th Jan.

I will continue to be in clinic on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, subject to holidays 😉

May I take this opportunity to wish you all the happiest of Christmases and a peaceful new year.

Hi everyone. The wedding went brilliantly, and my surgery has been done. After a couple more days, I will be back to work in clinic.

For obvious reasons I am booked up solid for the next couple of weeks, but if you require a new appointment please get in touch with me, and I will get you booked in as soon as possible.

Good morning all. I’ve just realised that I haven’t posted on here in ages. But I do also have some updates for appointments.

I am not in clinic this weekend as the youngest cub is getting married, and the following weekend I am having surgery on my back. I have rescheduled all the appointments that I need to (I hope).

If you have any queries regarding your appointment, or were wanting to book in with me, please call or message me on 07380212292 and I will get back to you as soon as I can. That being said I won’t have my phone on for the next couple of weekends at least.

Good morning lovely people. I know most of you are aware, but I will be closed after today for 2 weeks, whilst I am away on holiday, there is also some work being done inside clinic, so some decorating to be done on my return too. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on my return 👣

After a roller coaster of a couple of months, I am now back on track and catching up with the backlog of calls, emails and appointments.

Within the space of just over 2 months, so so much has happened within my family, I could literally write a book !

So, if you have experienced a late call, email or rescheduled appointment I can do no more than apologise. Everything has been out of my hands - sorry.

I look forward to welcoming you all back into clinic, which incidentally will be undergoing a make over in the next couple of months - so exciting by times ahead 👣

Good evening everyone. I usually do a nice Christmas/New year post on here when I recommence work for the new year, but right now I can’t find the words to sum up what was probably the worst year I have ever experienced. That being said, I’m looking forward to going into 2025 with a positive outlook, I have lots to look forward to and focus on this year. Clinic is going to be revamped, and with this in mind, I am foregoing my mobile round and will be clinic based.

Hi everyone. Mums funeral is at Upminster crematorium on Monday 23rd December at 1.30pm. I know many if not most of you knew mum in her role as reception/admin at Essex Foot Care, and I’m sure there are more than a few of you that would like to pay their respects, and that would be welcomed by my family and myself if you do. Wearing of black isn’t compulsory, as dad wants everyone to be comfortable, and celebrate Helen’s life. Thank you all again for your understanding at this difficult time

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I tell you my beautiful, lovely mum has lost her battle with cancer. She fought long and hard, but eventually it was too strong for her. I ask you to please respect our privacy at this time. Clinic will now be closed out of respect to my mum until after her funeral. Any appointments booked will be remade for you. Good morning everyone. Just an update of the lovely lady I call mum, but you all know as the face and first port of call of Essex Foot Care.

So, a rushed 24 hours to arrange this, just so my lovely mum (now retired admin, reception) could actually attend. Thank you St Luke’s for the suggestion of doing this for her, and the hard work you continually do for my beautiful mum and everyone else under your care. I understand why everyone says you deserve the respected title of “angels” thank you all so so much ❤️

Morning everyone. Hope you’re all enjoying this lovely weather.

Can I ask that if you have an appointment and you can’t make it, it’s fine, these things happen but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, let me know with as much notice as possible so that I can offer that appointment to someone else.

I had a customer desperate for an appointment today, which I can’t offer him as I’m fully booked, and now I’ve had a no show, on the bottom of my appointment cards it states “50% charge is due if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance” which I have never implemented, but I’m beginning to think that maybe I should.
