Well, about 2 months ago I had an email to say that I had been nominated for the Corporate Livewire South West Prestige Awards, I sent my supporting material to the judging panel and forgot about it.

Yesterday I had a phone call to say that I had won the Corporate Livewire South West England Prestige Award for
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST OF THE YEAR! 2020/2021

I have to say it really hasn't sunk in yet!

It is a real honour to be chosen for this award.

Thankyou so much to whoever it was that nominated me, and a big thank you to everyone who has supported my business over the years.

Brainworking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) as featured on C4 Stephs Packed Lunch last week, discussing its remarkable power in tackling binge eating, this really is such a effective therapy, a lot of the time only 1 or 2 sessions are required making it so cost effective, it also works just as well online as it does face to face.

What does BWRT do I hear you ask?
Well the short answer is

More fantastic results from BWRT this week.
This client was struggling with Generalised Anxiety disorder which we dealt with in just 2 sessions....
