Hello everybody who follows me on this page. Can I ask that you also follow me on the Muscle and Movement Company too. Messenger has been acting "odd" recently and I'm not always getting notifications if you message me here. So if I get you all onto the other one, I should get to see messages when they actually come through....not 2 days later.
